Clover Mini is the next generation credit card processing terminal. Countertop or standalone processing terminals have largely remaining unchanged since their inception. Big advancements in the past were things like integrated thermal printers and the ability to process through the internet. The bottom line is the only function standalone terminals have ever been able to perform was processing credit card payments. That has all changed with the arrival of Clover Mini. It is a credit card terminals with the ability to expand and perform point of sale and business management functions.


Clover Mini supports all of the new processing technologies such as eMV, Chip Cards, and NFC Contactless Payments such as Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. It is also one of the few devices currently on the market that can support tip adjustment on eMV or chip card transactions. This functionality is a huge requirement in the restaurant space, which is also why the restaurant industry has been the slowest to offer eMV acceptance to their clients. Now restaurants have an option with Clover POS! Right now may be the perfect time for restaurateurs to evaluate their current point of sale solutions as many of the largest POS Companies are not currently offering an eMV solution, and have not offered an estimated timeframe of when this required functionality will be available. Which Clover system works while the Internet is down?

All Clover systems can accept payments while the Internet is down and then process those transactions when connectivity returns. Additionally we have multiple devices that can take payments via wireless LTE networks with an optional LTE service plan.
